A Phone Charging Belt – “XOO Belt”

In the 21st century, the era of technology, we need gadgets and devices to make our lives easier. We tend to rely more and more on our smartphones and running out of battery when we are travelling or simply going out would be a tragedy.

The guys at Nifty came with an innovative idea: why not carry a phone charger hidden inside your belt? This way you can always have it with you, without anyone noticing it and without having to desperately look for a power socket. The great thing about XOO Belt is that it weights as a normal belt , but it comes with a 2,100mAh charger for almost any device.

It’s the perfect fusion between design and technology. The result? A product which seamlessly assimilates into the everyday wardrobe. The charging wire is magnetically attached on the inside of the belt and when you need to use it, simply flick it down, plug it in and put your phone into your pocket.

The XOO Belt has six layers of flexible Lithium Ceramic Polymer batteries, which can charge Windows, iOS and Android devices. It takes 3 hours to recharge and other 3 hours to transfer its full charge.

The belt is made of full-grain tanned leather, comes in multiple sizes and the buckles can be swapped. Each buckle has two charging points, to transfer the charge in and out of the belt and the five LEDs on the upper side of the buckle will show you how much of the battery you have remaining. Simple, elegant and efficient.
