This week we present you the beautiful Deronda residence.

The Deronda residence is a project by Space International, an award winning design studio which is dedicated to producing innovative, perceptive design in a rapidly evolving and expanding culture. The Deronda residence is comprised of two overlapping rectangular volumes which hinge at the intersection of the public living areas and the private sleeping and bathing functions of the house. The exterior envelope wraps and undulates around these functions mitigating different degrees of privacy and exposure to the picturesque surroundings and skyline views.

The house is super elegant, the interiors are clean, the combination of materials is really classy and the whole place looks cozy and intimate. The view is also a big thing here. For sure a place I wouldn’t mind living.
