When Lexus unveiled the LF-LC Concept at the Detroit Auto Show in January, it seemed implausible the luxury automaker would ever put the car into production, but it appears that’s exactly what’s going to happen.Dealerships and distributors are reportedly crazy for the chance to sell the edgy sports coupe, and Lexus insiders have revealed to Automotive News that given the exceptionally positive feedback the concept received upon its debut, it will almost certainly be put into development.

Slimane Toubal is a clay and digital modeler from France who has a long history working in automotive design (he counts Renault, Audi, Citroen, Honda and Toyota as his former employers) and enjoys creating concept cars which perk his interest. His latest project focuses on creating a modern-day interpretation of the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG’s predecessor, the 300 SL.Toubal’s 300 SL design study comprises of both a coupe and roadster version of the famed Mercedes model.

RENM Performance have just released details on their performance package for the Lamborghini Aventador. The car – called the Aventador Limited Edition Corsa (LE-C) – is track focused and, according to RENM, uses race-developed technology.

Inside Line have put their digital artists to work in an effort to predict the styling of the 2015 Ford Mustang. The car’s lines are influenced by any and every scrap of solid information available on the new Mustang. Whatever happens, when the new Mustang goes on sale it will be released in markets around the world, instead of being tailored exclusively to North American tastes.
